Returns
We have a 30 day return policy with full refund of the purchase price of the item if authorized via an RMA request. 30 days is counted using the customer's actual date of receipt of the item, not purchase date.
We do not refund original shipping charges other than for damaged goods. In such case, please retain the shipping box as we will notify UPS. UPS generally will pick up the box to use in their claim investigation.
